A certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach since 2018, I’ve been helping clients around the globe from Istanbul and London to Silicon Valley. I graduated from UPenn in 1998 with a B.A. in English literature and started working for Accenture. From there, I worked at various startups and have always found myself drawn to the human element of work, coaching others in self-awareness, growth, and teamwork. I've served individual and team clients in industries ranging from the non-profit sector to education, publishing, healthcare, software engineering, and more.
